glitchnews: Members of Japan’s Self Defence Force collect fallen leaves from a gutter as they begin their decontamination mission in Namie, Fukushima prefecture, to the west of the stricken nuclear power plant. Hundreds of troops cleaned up local government offices to prepare operational bases for a full clean-up, which will start next year.
